Venice Grand Canal Mall- Taguig

Do you want to experience Italy but you don't have enough budget to go there? Do you want to experience the gondola ride with your partner but you can't find time to go to Italy? Are you dreaming of putting love locks in the love lock bridge with your partner but Italy is too far for both of you? Well, worry no more because if you are from the Philippines you can now experience all of those things without going to Italy.

 

Venice Grand Canal Mall is a perfect weekend getaway place especially for couples located at Cluster B, Mckinley Hill Garden villas, Upper Mckinley Road Taguig Metro Manila. It is one of the projects of Megaworld that was opened to public last 2014.

  

There is no entrance fee and upon entering the place you will be greeted by the guard in Italian way. The place offers picturesque where you feel like you are in Italy. There are many restaurants in here and mostly offers European and Mediterranean cuisines. But if you are in a thight budget there are also fast food chains present in the area like Jollibee, Mcdonalds or Chowking. 

 

If you want to experience the gondola ride, it is for Php500 per person which is a bit pricey but sometimes they offer discounts like the time we went there it cost Php350 per person. 

If you want also to put love locks in the bridge you have to pay for Php 200. 

 

Inside the mall it has a cozy ambience. Floors have paintings and the ceiling have carvings. There is also a spot where birds are freely flying in the area.

The whole experience was fun and you feel like you are not in the Philippines. But the best part is having fun with your partner, family and friends while enjoying the place.

How to get here: 

Commute:

The best way to go here is hiring a taxi. Using Uber and Grab is also recommended because the place is a little bit far from public transportation.

Private Car:

It is accesible through C5 via the Mckinley Hill gate, pass the exit of Market Market in the southbound lane. It is also accesible through Edsa northbound via Kalayaan avenue or Mckinley Road going to Forbes Ayala corner or C5 flyover coming from Buendia.  Via Lawton Road is also accesible going to this place.
