5 things I learned about eating at buffet restaurant
Eating on a buffet restaurant is exciting. Why? Because you will encounter different kind of foods. If you are a food lover and loves to eat something new then a buffet restaurant is good for you. There are many buffet restaurant in Manila alone and I want to share the 5 things I learned in eating a buffet restaurant that we can apply in our daily lives.
1. Know your food - If you are eating in a buffet, you must know your food. You can ask the server or the cook about the foods you are not familiar with. In our daily lives, we have to know ourselves. We can ask our families or friends about us, for us to be able to know more and improve ourselves.
2. Stand up often - in eating at buffet you have to stand up and get the food tha you want. In our daily lives, we have to take action for the things we want to reach our goals and make it come true.
3. Try new food- In a buffet restaurant, there are many varities of food. Some are familiar to you and some are not. Trying something new is an accomplishment to yourself and you may say "Atleast I tried". Just like in life, sometimes we have to try something new to test our capacity on until where we can.
4. Take it slow - we don't have to rush in eating at a buffet, instead we have to take it slow and chew our food well so that our stomach will not get hurt. Just like in our daily lives, sometimes we have to take things slow. There's no need to cram, all we have to do is take step by step until we reach our goals.
5. Enjoy your food - Above all, we have to enjoy our food. Even if we ate all the food we wanted but didn't enjoy, it will be useless. Like in our daily lives, we have to enjoy life even if we are experiencing struggles. We have to stay positive all the time and believe that nothing is impossible through Him.
